1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our online services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the website or place an order through it.

1.2 Eligibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Mega Hardware reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel an account where fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and prices displayed on the website are accurate.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, dimensions, packaging or appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions, voltage, compatibility, capacity and intended use before purchasing.

1.4 Pricing

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices displayed on the website are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Mega Hardware reserves the right to cancel an order where a product has been incorrectly priced because of a technical, typographical or system error. In such circumstances, any amount already paid will be refunded.

1.5 Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, Mega Hardware may:

Contact the customer to propose an alternative product;
Deliver the available items and refund the unavailable item; or
Cancel the affected item or order and refund any applicable payment.

1.6 Orders

An order submitted through the website constitutes a request to purchase products.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Mega Hardware may verify product availability, payment authorization, delivery details and other information before accepting and fulfilling an order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

Product unavailability;
Incorrect pricing;
Suspected fraud;
Payment authorization failure;
Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
Delivery being unavailable to the requested location; or
Circumstances outside Mega Hardware's reasonable control.

1.7 Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include:

Credit and debit cards;
Cash on delivery;
Installment or financing programs where available; and
Other electronic payment methods introduced from time to time.

For cash-on-delivery orders, payment shall be collected in Jordanian Dinars upon delivery.

Mega Hardware does not normally store complete payment-card details where payment processing is handled by an authorized payment service provider or bank.

All card transactions may be subject to authorization, authentication, fraud-prevention and security checks.

1.8 Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting Mega Hardware customer service.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the delivery process.

Where payment has already been made and the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

Mega Hardware may cancel an order where necessary and will refund any amount paid for the cancelled products.

1.9 Warranty

Certain products may carry a manufacturer, distributor or Mega Hardware warranty.

The applicable warranty period and conditions may vary by product and brand and will be determined by the relevant warranty documentation.

Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing defects arising under normal intended use.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:

Misuse or abuse;
Incorrect installation;
Unauthorized repair or modification;
Failure to follow operating instructions;
Improper storage;
Accidents;
Electrical voltage fluctuations where the product is not appropriately protected;
Normal wear and tear; or
Use outside the manufacturer's specified purpose.

Customers may be required to provide the invoice, order confirmation, warranty card or serial number when requesting warranty service.

1.10 Installation and Assembly

Unless expressly stated on the product page or order confirmation, delivery does not include installation, assembly, electrical connection, plumbing work, mounting or commissioning.

Products requiring professional installation should be installed by a suitably qualified technician.

Mega Hardware shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper installation performed by the customer or an unauthorized third party, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

1.11 Safe Use of Products

Certain products sold through Mega Hardware, including power tools, electrical equipment, chemicals, paints, ladders, machinery and garden equipment, may require appropriate knowledge, protective equipment and safety precautions.

Customers are responsible for:

Reading product instructions and warning labels;
Using the product only for its intended purpose;
Following manufacturer safety recommendations; and
Using suitable personal protective equipment where required.

1.12 Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts and voucher codes may be subject to separate terms, expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements and excluded products or brands.

Unless explicitly permitted, promotional offers may not be combined.

Mega Hardware reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a promotion where necessary.

Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts of Jordan unless applicable law provides otherwise.
