Use only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C The surface must be clean, dust-free, and dry for maximum adhesion. Glue and mount: Apply sealant in stripes or dots (every 10-40 cm) plus always at corner points and along edges of sheet material. Position the material within 10 minutes and press firmly or tap lightly with a rubber mallet. If necessary, clamp or fix heavy materials for 4 hours. Hand-tight after 30 minutes, the joint is now sufficiently strong for transport or light loading. Maximum final strength after approx. 4 hours, depending on substrate (at least 1 porous material) and ambient conditions. Sealing: Apply sealant evenly to the bottom of the joint and smooth within 10 minutes with a moist (soapy water without lemon) putty knife, sealant spreader or finger. Smooth vertical joints from bottom to top. Complete curing after a few days (depending on layer thickness). When repainting with alkyd paints, the paint may dry more slowly. Use white spirit to remove wet glue residues. Product Description Bison Glass 2 ml glue is a high-quality glass glue that can also be used in combination with metals. Very strong special transparent glue curing by UV radiation in daylight for bonding glass and crystal. After hardening, it has high resistance to UV radiation and temperatures from -50°C to 130°C. It is also resistant to oils, dilute acids and alkalis. The glued joint remains elastic and balances the internal stress. The glue is suitable for bonding glass - glass and glass - metal combinations. It is not suitable for gluing safety glass.Manual:• The glued parts must be clean, dry and degreased.• Apply the glue to one surface of the glued material.• Immediately press together and fix.• Let the sunlight work until the glue hardens (10 - 20 seconds).The speed of curing depends on the intensity of daylight. In the dark and under artificial lighting, the glue does not harden at all. The glued joint reaches handling strength after 5 minutes and functional strength after 10 minutes, depending on the intensity of sunlight. Remove unhardened glue with acetone, hardened glue only mechanically. Store in a dry, cool place and protect from the effects of daylight. Do not use at temperatures below +10°C. Stick the glued object on a table near a closed window, open the window for hardening and let UV radiation work. The more sunlight, the faster the reaction.
