The cooking surface is made of heavy-duty stainless steel for a longer service life. "H" style burners provide even heat distribution for more optimal cooking. The griddle is built with legs that can be adjusted in height to accommodate most surfaces. It features an integrated grease tray that keeps the table free of mess. The top is easy to remove and flips over for easy storage.
