Sealing: Apply sealant evenly to the bottom of the joint and smooth within 10 minutes with a moist (soapy water without lemon) putty knife, sealant spreader or finger. Smooth vertical joints from bottom to top. Complete curing after a few days (depending on layer thickness). When repainting with alkyd paints, the paint may dry more slowly. Use white spirit to remove wet glue residues.
